I love cooking Italian Breaded Chicken Breasts! They are easy, inexpensive and always impressive. I use plain breadcrumbs, chopped parsley and romano cheese. I bake them in the oven using olive oil to give it a good crunch. Not only is it neater and cleaner and easier than frying but it is a heck of a lot healthier too! This recipe is free for anyone. Check it out at www.simpleitaliancooking.com/recipebox.htm. I only post simple recipes so I promise even a novice can do it. In fact this is one of the first dishes I learned to make that my husband loved…. of course it was his Italian mother who gave me the recipe!
