Ingredients
1 bunch beet leaves (remove stems)
2-3 TBLE extra virgin olive oil
crushed garlic
Instructions
1. Wash beet leaves well. Throw out any yellow colored leaves.
2. Crush garlic and saute in the olive oil for about 3 minutes over medium
heat in pan. Do not let garlic burn!
3. Add beet leaves to pan along with a little water to create steam and
lower heat to Low
4. Stir frequently until leaves are wilted and soft.
Tip #1: Make sure your leaves are not tough and add water as needed to
keep leaves from sticking to pan.
