1 bunch beet leaves (remove
stems) |

2-3 TBLE extra virgin olive oil |

Wash beet leaves well.
Throw out any yellow colored leaves. |

Crush garlic and saute
in the olive oil for about 3 minutes over medium heat in pan.
Do not let garlic burn! |

Add beet leaves to
pan along with a little water to create steam and lower heat
to Low |
| 4. |
Stir frequently until
leaves are wilted and soft. |

Tip #1:
Make sure your leaves are not tough and add water as needed
to keep leaves from sticking to pan. |
