This recipe is from my husband's sister. It is a real easy
recipe and a fun deviation from the standard Italian pizza crust
recipes. Ciabatta bread is crunchy on the outside and soft and
airy on the inside. I like to serve salad,
pasta or antipasto
on the side.
You will notice I did not give specific quantities for all
ingredients in this recipe because it all depends on the size
of the bread and personal taste. There is no wrong or right
with this recipe.
