Recipe Details - Serves 3 (if 1 chop per person)
Ingredients:
3 Lamb loin chops
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
5 Cloves of crushed
1/3 cup dry white wine
Instructions
1. Rub the meat with olive oil
2. Using a sharp knife, cut some slits in the meat and put the garlic
in the slits.
3. Add a dash of black pepper on top.
4. Pour the wine into the pan with the chops.
5. Cover and bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes.
6. When finished, check to make sure juices run clear and meat is cooked
thoroughly. If in doubt, cook further. The correct temperature for lamb
meat is 160°F (medium done). If overcooked, it will end up tough
and rubbery.
Tip #1: Serve with pasta (use my marinara sauce with lamb recipe) and
italian green salad and cannellini bean salad.
