3 Lamb loin chops |

5 Cloves of crushed garlic |

Rub the meat with
olive oil |

Using a sharp knife,
cut some slits in the meat and put the garlic in the slits. |

Add a dash of black
pepper on top. |

Pour the wine into
the pan with the chops. |

Cover and bake at 350°F for
45-50 minutes. |

When finished, check to make sure
juices run clear and meat is cooked thoroughly. If in doubt,
cook further. The correct temperature for lamb meat is 160°F
(medium done). If overcooked, it will end up though and rubbery. |

green salad and cannellini
bean salad. |
