I did not intend on buying
lamb neck. In fact, I didn't know you could. Now I do. I had no
idea how to cook lamb neck, so I asked myself, "How can I prepare
this simply and with Italian ingredients?". This is the recipe
I came up with and it got a thumbs up from my family members including
me! Read my complete commentary regarding this recipe on
my blog. |

Remove any excess
fat from the neck meat. Do not bother removing the bone. |
| 2. |

| 3. |
cut slits in meat
to slide garlic into or use any natural crevasses. |
| 4. |

dry white wine in bottom of pan (optional). |

TIP #1:
You can add more herbs if you want to change the flavor -
but it will do just that - change the flavor. |
| |
|
| |
TIP #2:
If adding to a soup, chop into smaller pieces. |
| |
|
| |
Tip #3: The
meat alone will not be enough for a main meal unless you use
more meat or add it as part of a main meal. It really depends
on how much meat you want to eat. |
