About These Italian Finger Food Recipes
These particular finger foods are from my Italian kitchen or from family members from my husband and my families. Some are traditional recipes, while others are my own creations.
Most can be enjoyed literally using your fingers, but I do recommend having a set of forks and appetizer plates nearby!

Tips for Serving Finger Foods at Parties
Here are some ideas that will help make your finger foods a proven success, whether it’s just for your family as a snack, or for a large party.
- Mix hot and cold finger foods. This makes it easier to keep food available throughout the party without constantly reheating everything.
- Small sizes are best. When working with finger foods, smaller is better. Aim for bite-size servings that can be easily be placed on small plates or served with toothpicks.
- Prep as much as possible in advance. Even though finger foods are easy to make, when it comes to entertaining, you want to prep as many recipes as you can. Anything that requires baking or frying can be made last or at least reheated right before serving.
