Learning how to make all beef meatballs that are still moist and delicious isn’t difficult at all, even when using lean grass fed beef. Growing up in an Italian family, I loved the flavor and texture of my mom’s homemade meatballs.
Later in life my husband and I wanted to create a healthier version that didn’t forfeit the moistness of the ones we each grew up with.
