Italian-Style Easy Farro Stuffed Peppers

Here’s a delicious recipe for farro stuffed peppers. This grain-filled Italian recipe can be made a few ways, with beef or without for a vegetarian version. I’ll explain both methods below so you can choose which one you want follow. Both are delicious and full of Italian flavors.

1. Rinse the farro under cold water until the water is clear.

RINSE THE FARRO

2. In medium sauce pan, bring water to a boil and add the farro. Bring back to a boil then lower the temperature to Low.  Cook uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes.

BOIL THE SIMMER TO COOK 

3. In large mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients together along with the cooked farro.
